Abstract

The Texas Legislature originally passed the Home Solicitation Act in 1973. It was numbered in Art. 5069–13.01, Vernon’s Annotated Revised Statutes. It was revised in 1975, 1983, and 1995. In 1997, it was transferred to the Business and Commerce Code.
